Listening Choir

This is a combination of the Triad and the Circle: one person in the group has an allotted time, the rest become listeners, should not interrupt and can only ask questions.

Set the soft clock to long mode.

After one has used their time, it’s someone else’s turn to be listened to.

If possible with the software you are using, it’s good practice to hide Self View in order to focus on others rather than on one’s own image.
