Triad

Min 3 participants.

If the group is composed of more than three people, you split into groups of 3 or 4 maximum.

In each subgroup, two or three people take the role of listeners, while one is at the center of attention and care.

The person at the center of the triad has time to express their thoughts and feelings about a common topic or a topic of their choosing. They can use the time allotted to them as they prefer: speaking the whole time or maintaining silence.

The listeners cannot interrupt, but they are allowed to ask questions. Their role is not to give advice but to keep seeking.

Use the soft clock to mark the allotted time.

If possible with the software you are using, it’s good practice to hide Self View in order to focus on others rather than on one’s own image.
